Wie wir gesehen haben können die Präpositionen в und на je nach Bedeutung mit dem Akkusativ (wohin?) oder Präpositiv (wo?) stehen.
As we have seen the prepositions в und на rule the accusative (whereto?) or the prepositional case (where?) depending on the meaning.
Glücklicherweise gibt es aber im Russischen auch Präpositionen, die immer denselben Fall regieren. - Und hier sind einige mit Genitiv.
Fortunately there are also prepositions in Russian that always rule the same case. - And here are some with genitive.

You use the prepositional to say "where" something is.
Der Präpositiv endet meist auf -e.
